![]() ![]() One big thing I found (and apologies if you've heard it before, but it really is important, and I'd rather risk being the second (or hundredth!) person to tell you than have you not know it) is that you might find you have to take sub-optimal cards that will just 'get you through' those fights in order to make it into Act 2 beyond - cards like ], ], ] etc are all cards you'd probably rightly look to avoid in an optimal scenario, but A20 isn't an optimal scenario - it's the game at its most brutal and difficult, and sometimes being able to sneak in an extra 3-4 damage a turn is the difference between having to tank 3 of Lagavulin's 20-damage hits and having to eat 4, which in itself can be the difference between having enough HP to try for a second or third elite or having to path around it.ĭon't underestimate how good card draw is for Silent - you can stomach bigger decks with Silent as you're likely going to be able to cycle through your deck so much faster with cards like ], ] and ] in the deck, so having a couple of extra cards in there that you took in a pinch isn't going to hurt you in the same way it will some of the other classes - you can still get to your good cards pretty quickly in most cases (just don't go crazy - all the good draw in the world isn't going to help a 40-card deck!). Silent can be a tricky one for Act 1 in A19/20, as big, frontloaded damage isn't really her thing, and it's a big part of being able to get out of those elite fights without getting badly hurt.
